For her, packaging isn’t just about boxes, bags, and labels—it’s about connecting with the people behind the brands, learning their stories, and working in true partnership to bring their products to life.
Before joining Forefront, Melanie was part owner of a bakery manufacturing facility, where she gained hands-on experience in GMPs, compliance, packaging, machinery, and the ins and outs of food manufacturing. That chapter not only gave her deep technical expertise but also a keen appreciation for the critical role packaging plays in both product safety and brand storytelling.
Outside of work, Melanie is energized by growth—whether it’s helping businesses expand, learning a new skill, or trying her luck on the golf course (results may vary). A true foodie, she loves discovering new restaurants, reading, watching sports, skiing, boating, and soaking up the outdoors. Her philosophy? Work hard, play hard, laugh often—and always make time for good food and great people.
