Bob Brege, CPA, brings deep expertise across finance, consulting, and corporate transactions to his role as Director of Finance at Forefront. He began his career as a financial statement auditor, building a strong foundation in financial reporting and compliance. From there, Bob transitioned into consulting, where he specialized in business transformations, helping organizations streamline operations and drive efficiency.
He later worked in Transaction Advisory Services, advising middle-market private equity firms on both buy-side and sell-side transactions within the industrials sector. In that capacity, his responsibilities included quality of earnings, net working capital analysis, operational analytics, and indebtedness considerations — helping clients make informed decisions in complex deal environments.
