Known for her keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills, she specializes in customer service management and inventory control—ensuring that every customer has the right packaging, at the right time.
Behind the scenes, Erin is the steady support for our accounts and sales team, expertly analyzing data, monitoring customer inventories, and streamlining processes to keep operations running seamlessly. Her ability to anticipate customer needs and manage complex inventory requirements makes her an invaluable partner to both clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Erin is passionate about animal rescue and is a proud supporter of dog rescue organizations. In her free time, she also enjoys puzzles and exploring her creative side through crafts and woodworking.
