Aligning design, operations, and strategy to scale packaging programs and deliver results
Rob Cioffi is CEO and co-owner of ForeFront Packaging Solutions, where he drives the company’s growth and focuses on delivering innovative packaging and supply chain solutions. He started his career in metal distribution, working on global expansion and vertical integration projects.
After earning his MBA, Rob spent 10 years in strategy consulting, helping companies improve their operations through scalable processes and stronger teams. In 2023, Rob and his partners acquired Food Packaging Consultants, a company with a 30-year history, and formed ForeFront Packaging Solutions.
Rob holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. When he’s not working, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, coaching youth sports, playing golf and skiing, and supporting local education nonprofits.
